While technology brings increased rapidity in decision making and lowers costs, the market is shrinking and the value of the profession is declining (human thinking vs. fast and cheap technology). This requires a shift in practices, value creation and value perception on a market and profession where methodologies and tools are dominant, and more and more seen as a commodity.
How to transfer value while technology evolves? Is technology an answer? Are human skills an answer? What is the sweet spot?
This journey has been a rich experience offering a unique opportunity to learn with a new mindset and tools, to trully discover the impact of AI and digital disruption in a wide diversity of industries.
